Tips for Trying On Your Shoes

 

1. Try your shoes on indoors. This will not only ensure your shoes stay clean until you know they fit, it'll also help prevent damage from occurring. Some shoes have polished leather soles wearing these shoes on hard, non-carpeted floors (even indoors) could cause scuff marks.

2. Try your shoes on in the afternoon. Daily activities and body heat cause your feet to swell throughout the day, so we recommend trying on your shoes after returning from lunch or as soon as you arrive home from work.

3. Put on the socks or stockings you'll be wearing with your new shoes. The relationship between feet and shoes is important, but socks have been known to get in the way. Try your new shoes on with the appropriate socks or stockings to see how they fit together.

4. Walk around and see how they fit. Do your feet fit comfortably inside? Is there room between your toes and the point of the shoes? About 1/3 inch is ideal, and for sandals, all of your toes and your heels should fit on the insole.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from footsiesboutique.com, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund less any paid shipping costs.

You can choose to send your items by U.S. Postal Service or trackable UPS shipping. The shoes must be unworn and should be returned with all the original packaging and the bar code provided during the returns process to receive your refund. Any associated fees and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If you return your shoes beyond the 30 day return window, a 20% late fee will be assessed, which will also be deducted from your refund. The return of incorrect or defective merchandise that meets the guidelines listed below will also be accepted.

Unworn Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags, and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will be returned to you if the shoes exhibit any obvious signs of wear or are not in the condition in which they were received. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.

Defective Merchandise: Returns for manufacturer defects will be accepted. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.

Incorrect Merchandise: Contact via Contact Us page if you received an item different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered.
