Our Return Policy

Returns of regular price items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All sale items are final sale.

Return Guidelines:
- Returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the arrival date.
- Item(s) must be in its original, unworn condition with its original packaging.
- Shoe box must be in its original condition.
- Original manufacturer's shoe box must be shipped back with an outside carton, do not return shoes in only the original manufacturer's box.
- Returns will be processed within 5 business days after receiving your return.
- Credit will be applied to the original payment method minus any shipping cost.
- Please use a carrier that will supply a tracking number and keep the tracking number until your credit has posted.
- We are not responsible for any lost packages by the carrier for your return.
- Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

- Contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Refused Shipments
All refused shipments will result in a 10% restocking charge plus shipping costs incurred, including any customs fees, taxes or duties that may apply to international orders.

If you would like to do an exchange, please request a return of your item(s) and place a new order online for the new item. We cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order.
